2953499 - How to edit the email template for the Forward to Colleague feature- Recruiting Management

Symptom

When forwarding a candidate to colleague using the Forward to Colleague feature, users can edit the message as shown below, but the email subject and the the rest of the email body are generated by the system by default. Is it possible to edit the email template?

Reproducing the Issue

Resolution

The email template used for the Forward to Colleague feature is hard-coded, but some existing texts are customizable via the Manage Language feature.

Steps:

1. Change the login language to English Debug

2. Use the Forward to Colleague email feature to send a test email

3. Keys of the texts are shown in the email received

4. Go to Admin Center > Manage Languages to maintain custom locale using the keys
