2953604 - Employees are not Replicated from Success Factors to Business Bydesign

You are replicating employee from Success Factors to Business Bydesign and employee master data replication request was received successfully, but the Employee is not available in Business ByDesign

The overview of the “Master Data Replication - Employees” in ByD shows no replication requests

Step 1: Setup the Employee data in Success Factors

Step 2: Trigger the replication

Step 3: Check for the Employee Replication Request in Master Data Replication work center, Employees view

The Employee is sent to Business ByDesign as a contractor from EC as the Employment Class on the Job Information. Employee Class 'R' represents Contractor.

If you maintain the employee class of Employee in Employee Central as 'R' then this is not considered for replication.

To Replicate employee as Internal employee in ByD, the employee class of Employee in Employee Central system should be "Employee".

This will create employee as an Internal Employee in ByD.

Here you will see that the Employment Class field under Job Information only considers Internal employees.
