You have added a new tile on Home screen, however the tile is greyed out and no value is appearing there.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Adapt the Home Page.
2. Select the business role ABC.
3. Search for "123" tile, set as available but not visible.
4. Publish the changes.
5. Enter on home page in personalization mode and set tile "123" as visible only for me.
6. After ending the adaptation/personalization the tile apear in my home page greyed out and with no information.
The tile is appearing greyed out because if you check in the specific workcenter the query "123" is missing, hence the tile will be greyed out and no value is passed.
The user should have access to the query "123" on the related workcenter to be able to have the same tile "123" on home screen.
