2953733 - Some Application fields are not pulling data when added to Candidate Summary Display Options - Recruiting Management

When trying to add an application field to Candidate Summary Display Options, it is not showing any data from the candidates. The field is visible from the row header but it is not showing any data within its column.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting

2. Select Job Requisition >> Candidates Tab

3. You will see that the column is blank for the application field that was added.

Example:

The field is an instruction type of field and the corresponding answer to it is defined on a different type of field (e.g text, picklist, etc) from the Application Template. This is expected as the instruction field stores only the question and doesn't have any values associated on the same definition from Application Template.

You need to change the field type and do not use the "instruction" type if your instance will need this field to be part of the Candidate Summary Display Options.
