2953782 - 'TimeDependentTaxValidFromDate' available in API_INFORECORD_PROCESS_SRV

When creating Purchasing Info recocrds via API_INFORECORD_PROCESS_SRV you want to automatically fill the 'Valid-From Date of the Tax Rate' (EINE-TXDAT_FROM). Until now this has not been supported in the API and a 2 step process was required.

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition CE2011 

1. Exeute a POST operation using API_INFORECORD_PROCESS_SRV to create purchasing info record.
2. Change the purchasing info record created in step1 and maintained the TxValidFrm field. 

Missing functionality

As of CE2102 the field "TimeDependentTaxValidFromDate" is available and can now be used along with the tax code in the payload to update the 'Valid-From Date of the Tax Rate' during info record creation.
