2953791 - Admin is unable to see all completions at the users' Completed Items tab

Symptom

The user is able to see all their completed items in his/her Learning History. However, when an admin checks the completions on the user's Completed Items, some completions cannot be found.

Cause

The 'Completed Items' tab at the user's record has a maximum view of 1000 records at a time.

Resolution

For users that have more than 1000 completed items, the admins can run the Learning History report to see all the user's completions.
