Symptom

After successfully transferring a file using migration object "FI - Accounts payable open item" filling also fields "Reference Key 1" (XREF1), "Reference Key 2" (XREF2)  and "Reference Key 3" (XREF3):

it seems to be missing from the system from transaction FB03 at document header level:
