2954021 - Physical deletion of pricing condition records - Period Overlap

Symptom

System overwrites condition records when period overlapping happens while condition is maintained. By overwriting, the period is physically deleted. Your requirement is to change that behavior. For example: when overlapping of period happened, system put a deletion indicator instead of deleting it.
