How I can change the Date format from Cyrillic to Latin characters?

When choosing a date from the calendar, the months, weekdays, and format are using the Cyrillic alphabet.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Admin Center > Change Audit Reports
2. Select Create Configuration Data Report > Role Based Permission
3. Enter a date range in the Time Range selection
4. The calendar will be shown as below

This is expected behavior that in specific languages will be shown the date using the Cyrillic characters. Currently, it is not supported by the platform the change of the date character from Cyrillic to the Latin alphabet.
