2954082 - 'No items found' in Administrative Category Field for Employees

You are trying to hire an Employee through the Regular Tasks for Non-Localized Countries in the Personnel Administration work center. You notice that there are no options in the Administrative Category field. When you select the drop down, it only displays No items found.
