2954109 - Cannot specify userID when programmatically creating via User-Provisioning API in SAP Analytics Cloud based on SAML SSO & Custom IDP (SAC)

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud;

• The user provisioning API is ignoring ID attribute value when SAML SSO configuration is switched on for email as the SAML mapping attribute.
• Alternative workflow (2 legged) post request to create a user and then use a put request to modify the id after the post request then observe the following error: 
  
  Error message for the created user: "The SAML user mapping has recently been changed, and is pending until the next time the user logs in
