• When importing Biographical Information, the system throws the error "Internal System Error Encountered".
• Server Logs Error shows: Exception in the HRIS import process: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 3, Size: 3

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Data Import

There are records in the Import Template with the same person-id-external.

Remove the duplicate person-id-external from the Import Template and reimport the file.
