2954125 - Return deliveries are not creating FU in S/4 HANA 1709+

• SAP Transportation Management: ECC Delivery Integration 
• You upgraded S/4 HANA ECC system from 1610 to 1709, 1809, or higher release.
• Previously, you had a return delivery that would automatically generate FU in TM.
• However, after upgrade, the FU is not generated.  There is also no TM status tab in the delivery.  
• If you trigger TRD0 manually, then TM integration works and FU is generated.
• However, this is not working automatically.
