2954213 - Job Description Print Preview link missing data on RCM Career Portal - Recruiting Management

When accessing "Job Description Print Preview" link on RCM Career Portal and "External Posting Preview" or "Internal Posting Preview" on the Job Requisition, the Job Description is not being displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access RCM Career Portal
2. Click on Search Jobs
3. Select any job
4. Click on "Job Description Print Preview" link
5. You will see the job description is missing

A possible cause is the standard fields for job description are not configured on the Job Requisition Template
