Color of the columns in chart is not showing correct order when enabling Color Sync in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.16.1
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon to SAC tenant and create a new story.
- Add a new chart.
- Insert some dimensions and measures.
- Under Color click Add Dimension/Measure to add a new dimension to show different colors.
- Enable Sync colors.
- Change color palette and found the order in the chart is always different from the order in the palette.
- If disabling sync colors then the orders are the same between the chart and the palette.
Cause
This issue is currently under investigation by development.
