2954577 - Assessment Order Type Question Behavior - LMS

If a question in an exam or quiz is in Ordering type and the order of the answer already shows the correct order in the exam/quiz, then when you click on the next/submit button the system generates a validation error indicating "You must select an answer Choice".

This forces the user to interact with this type of question, even if it is in the correct order at the time the question is displayed in the exam.

Pre-requisite: Assessment question (Quiz or Exam) is in Ordering Type.

1.) Launch the Assessment

2.) Questions in the exam or quiz shows the correct order already

3.) User clicks on Next

4.) "You must select an answer Choice" validation error appears

As per confirmation from Product Management, this is working by design. Expectation is that user needs to interact with each questions, even if it is just drag and drop on the same spot, so it is not considered as an answer by mistake.
