2954603 - Error 18080 while upgrading IQ connection - SRS

Symptom

  • sysadmin upgrade, 'database', <IQ>.<iq> fails to upgrade IQ database
  • SRS errorlog reports:

ERROR #18080 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - eric/servmain/upgr.c(3802) Failed to load sql file /sybase/REP-16_0/upgrade/rsupgrdb.sql.
Failed to upgrade database '<IQ>.<iq>'.
