2954864 - Error appears "Under and Over Delivery not allowed for Stock Transfer Delivery" while creating 3PL Stock Transfer Inbound Delivery for partial quantity

Symptom

You are trying to create 3PL Stock Transfer Inbound Delivery for 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification KLM for partial quantity, error appears.*KLM refers to Inbound Delivery Notification Id.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Third Party Logistics  Work Center
  2. Go to Inbound Delivery Notifications View
  3. Search for Delivery Notification KLM
  4. Select Inbound Delivery and Fill all the entries
  5. Create the Inbound Delivery for partial quantity, Error appears "Under and Over Delivery not allowed for Stock Transfer Delivery"

Cause

From 2005 Upgrade onwards, For India Stock Transfer Order Scenario Partial Quantity confirmation while creating 3PL Inbound Delivery is not allowed for the sites which are based out of India.

Resolution

For India Stock Transfer Order scenario, While creating Stock Transfer Order 3PL  Inbound Delivery from 3PL  Inbound Delivery Notification KLM, you will have to maintain complete quantity as per Planned Quantity or Ordered Quantity.
