2954923 - List Options Are Not Returned in Desired Language

Symptom

You expect that the list options are returned in two languages. But they are only returned in English.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator work center
  2. Click on OData Service Explorer view
  3. Select c4codataapi
  4. Click on Test
  5. Search for the collection
  6. Go to tab Test
  7. Click on Execute

Resolution

When executing the HTTP GET call via Postman or using the OData Test Console, you need to pass the following request header parameter Accept-Language with the GET call and enter the value for the language. You will need to use the ISO code for the country e.g. RU for Russia, FR for France or DE for Germany. The code descriptions will then be returned in the desired language.
