2954940 - Option not available: "I don´t have anything to add. Mark this as complete." - SuccessFactors Employee Profile

The Option "I don´t have anything to add. Mark this as complete." is not available when completing the profile.

Below is the expected checkbox option:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Navigate to "My Employee Profile";
2. Click on "Finish Now" to complete the profile;
3. Select the Portlet in the column "Complete Profile";
4. On the right side, search for the check bos option "I don´t have anything to add. Mark this as complete." like below:
   

If the portlet is a block as "Live Profile User Information", the checkbox will not be avaiable: "I don´t have anything to add. Mark this as complete."

You need check if it the block of the portlet which you are expecting the checkbox option is "Live Profile User Information".

To validate if the block of the portlet is "Live Profile User Information", do the below:

1. Go to "Configure People Profile";
2. Navigate to the Portlet you are trying to complete the profile;
3. Select yoru "Portlet" and check if the block is "Live Profile User Information" like below:
   
4. In case yes, this portlet does not have the feature of showing the check box option when completing the profile;
5. In case you need this option, you need to raise an enhancement request at the community.

To submit an enhancement request, go to the Community.
