2954950 - Key Figures at Payroll Portlet not being shown for users other than self

As an admin, you are trying to see other users Key Figures under Payroll portlet, but aren't able to.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration to SAP Business Suite - ERP On premise
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - ECP

With an user with 'Payroll Administration', go to the Payroll Portlet of a desired username to see the Key Figures. You will not see any 'Show Figures' button, only Infotypes Mashup links (Pay Statement/tax buttons).

This is an expected behavior from the system, as an user can only view their own Key Figures.
