2954970 - NOTES field in Job Information and Compensation Information is not propagating to the new timeslice

The NOTES field in Job Information and Compensation Information is not propagating the value from previous record to the new timeslice inserted.

1. Navigate to any user's profile
2. Add/Insert a new timeslice for Job Information or Compensation Information
3. Notice that the NOTES field which has value from the previous record is showing no values
4. Save the new timeslice, the NOTES fiels still shows as blank

This is working as designed.

The notes can be effective for one timeslice, but not for the other, hence, it is always empty when a new timeslice or record is being inserted.

Example:
The notes can be true for New Hire record, but not for the succeeding record(e.g. Position Change etc).

In the current system design, if we need to retain the notes, we'll have to manually copy and paste it in the next timeslice.
