2954985 - Error occurs when manager views attachment in leave request via iOS application

Symptom

When a Manager downloaded an attachment from a leave request via IOS, an error occurred. The issue is not reproducible in Android.

Environment

  • SAP Successfactors Employee Central Time Off
  • SAP Successfactors Employee Central IOS Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to mobile as manager
  2. Navigate to approve request from iOS application
  3. Click on leave request with attachment
  4. In the attachment field, try to view the attachment
  5. In IOS, error below shows

Cause

This is a known issue in 2007.

Resolution

The issue will be resolved in mobTrain-2008.
