SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The email server on the backend of SAP SuccessFactors scans files that are part of notifications for executables (.exe), potential viruses and/or malicious artifacts that would potentially affect the notification receiver and the integrity of the of the server. Sometimes, the system cannot determine if the data within the notification attached file is whether safe or not and blocks it. The email is still sent, but the attachment is rendered as a safe file, leading to the warning messages when opening the files.
