A POI cannot be exported from one tenant to another, this is a known limitation.

• Recreate POI in target system.
• Regarding how to validate POI content, you should be able to see data on geomap when you add a Points of Interest layer on geomap in SAC story. if the POI layer is indeed drawn at the same location as the shapefile or excel file which was used as a datasource, we can tell that POI was created correctly.
