2955423 - ISAgent status is not correct in ISAdmin

The ISAgent was deployed manually and the corresponding Java stack was restarted but the status in ISAdmin is wrong, e.g. "Running but needs restart".
** Java parameters were applied correctly on Java of Monitored system and ISAgent is running without problems.

ISAgent 10.5.2, ISAgent 10.7.0

Deploy the ISAgent manually.

There are some problems for recognizing the status of the ISAgent when the manual deployment was done.

1. Check the path "<drive>:\usr\sap\ccms\wily" (where the ISAgent was deployed) whether the below files exist:
   ISAgentSetup.error_*
   ISAgentSetup.properties_*
2. If files exists, move those to another folder so that those cannot be recognized.
3. Restart the corresponding monitored Java system.
