Symptom
Benefit still available in cart even though the employee is enrolled already.

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits
Reproducing the Issue
1. Make sure that Open Enrollment Configuration is Configured; for more information you may refer to this link > Open Enrollment
2, Enroll the employe to a Benefit/s that is in the Cart.
3. Once the employee is enrolled > check the cart > you will see that the cart has still the benefit even though the employee is enrolled already.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior. If the Open Enrollment window is still open, the cart will show the details of the Benefit. The employee cannot make any action in the cart, he/she can just view the details.
To view the period for the Open Enrollment Configuration you may do the following.
- Go to Benefits Admin Overview.
- Search for Benefit Open Enrollment Configuration > Open enrollment configuration data you created.
- Check the Open Enrollment Schedule >View the current Schedule Period.
