Symptom

  • The open window of PowerDesigner Client is seems to hang and the application does not open.
  • The user does not receive any error.
  • The open window keeps running forever.
  • The user can access PowerDesignerD repository using Web Portal.
  • PD client was reinstalled but the issue persist.
