2955544 - EPM Add-in: Value does not fall within the expected range when launching Journals from the EPM Add-in ribbon

When launching Journals from the EPM Add-in ribbon an instance of Internet Explorer is launched and then closes shortly.

The following errors may be captured in the EPM log file:
