SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
One field is used as the selection field for the Datasource in the source system (ROOSFIELD-SELECTION = 'X'), also its selection flag is set to 'X' in BW system (RSDSSEGFD-SELECTION = 'X'). However the Infopackage created based on this Datasource doesn't show this field under TAB 'Data Selection'. See the example below:
