Is it possible change / fill out PDF forms that are managed through the onboarding 2.0 process in the Document Flow Step when using Successfactors e-signature?

Resolution
At this moment, it's not possible insert/edit information in the Signature step. To change this data it will be needed restart the Onboarding process in Onboarding Dashboard.
