2955569 - unix ODBC driver cannot find dblgen16.res file - SAP IQ

Symptom

SAP IQ unix ODBC driver cannot find the dblgen16(17).res file.
As a result, the ODBC driver fails to connect to the IQ server.
Previous versions were able to find the res directory starting from LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

% isql iqdemo dba sql -v
[IM004][unixODBC][Driver Manager]Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_HENV failed
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect
