Symptom

While accessing the 'License Compliance Digital Access' App, following info message appears;

"You do not have an active license."

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open App "License Compliance Digital Access".

Cause

This info message appears if the license for material 8005687 and 8005688 is expired or not acquired.

Resolution

This feature lets you see details about Digital Access licenses, S4HC Digital Access (8005687), and S4HC Digital Access Add Doc Cap (8005688). You can check the validity of license for material 8005687 and 8005688 in the License Utilization Information.
