Symptom

Error 'Resources with means of transport cannot be used' occurs when performing optimizer planning.

Also in the Optimizer Logs, there is a warning message similar to:

<w> ... vsrdict_absveh.cpp(912) 'MsgMgr' In table ET_VEHICLE_PROPERTIES: vehicle with GUID has an undefined internal length -> will be set to infinity. This might have consequence for VSO PreChecks
