2956276 - Communication Error opening Webi Report in Fiori BI Launchpad using IIS/Tomcat with ISAPI redirector

• When opening a Web Intelligence (Webi) report in Fiori BI Launchpad using Tomcat / IIS ISAPI redirect results in the following error:
  Communication Error
• In an F12 developer tools trace, the following error can be seen in the network tab:
  ERROR MESSAGE :HTTP 405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed  
  IIS : The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access 
  The request that was blocked is a HTTP PUT for the below URL:
  https://<HOST>:<PORT>/biprws/raylight/v1/documents/14007/occurrences/0/parameters?dataproviderScope=accessible&lovInfo=false&c=1594222275173 
• In the response headers, the following header can be seen:
  Allow: GET, HEAD, OPTIONS, TRACE, COPY, PROPFIND, DELETE, MOVE, PROPPATCH, LOCK, UNLOCK 
• Another error returned may be HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error
