• The Hired On is generated when a candidate is moved into a step with a Hired status.
• If they’re moved into a Hired status more than once, it’s the most recent move.
• The most recent Hired on Date will be maintained even if the candidate is moved out of the Hired sta­tus and into another in-progress status, such as Onboard. The only time that the Hired on Date will be removed is if the candi­date is moved to a Withdrawn or Disqualification status

NOTE: The Hired on Date is automatically generated by the system when the candidate is moved into the Hired Status, and it is not possible for this to be updated manually.
