SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2956308 - PREP_CONFIGURATION/LANG_SELECT: Could not find suitable DVDs for product

Symptom

SUM does not find the required language DVDs under the given mount points.

In SAPupConsole.log you see the following entries:

Working on language 'EN - English':
Error: No suitable archive found!
Working on language 'DE - German':
Error: No suitable archive found!

LANGSEL.LOG has the following entries:

1 ETQ399 Working on language 'EN - English':
1EETQ399 Error: No suitable archive found!
1 ETQ399 Working on language 'DE - German':
1EETQ399 Error: No suitable archive found!
1EETQ399 Some language data units could not be found.
4 ETQ399 Starting dialog 'LangSelectSummary' at 20200512102943.
4 ETQ399 Dialog finished at 20200512102949.
3 ETQ399 Ask for DVD '' with kit 'NW750_MID'
