When trying to resend email in Email Service, system throws an error "Failed to execute RetriggerEmail command".

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Email Services > Email Status
- Attempt to resend any email
- Error appears
Search Splunk to confirm.
Check if you can find error as below:
Failed to execute RetriggerEmail command
com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: TO: Recipient is resolved to null or empty for activityId null and activityType : null
If so, as per the current design, the email address which can be used to send out the email must be associated to a valid user in the system. Check and confirm that all recipient email Ids given are related to valid active users
Check whether the email address was changed to a dummy one. If so, please change the email to the one provided in the notification and then it should work.
