You have a requirement to create/update warranties, but you are not able to locate any OData collection for warranties in OData service explorer.

Cause
Warranty OData collection is not a standard delivered OData collection. Therefore the same is also not available via data workbench.
Resolution
You can create a custom OData service for warranties in OData service explorer. If you want to import or export warranties via Data Workbench, please check the option "Data Workbench Enabled". Here is a screenshot for your reference.
