2956399 - Header Search is not working in the extension portal

After built SAPUI5 extensions of SAP Successfactors running on SCP and we would like to use Extensions portal to be able to run our apps with SAP Successfactors header and footer.

When we try to search something in search area in SAP SF header nothing display

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

• Login to the Instance.
• Configure custom tile under Manage Home Page.
• Click on created custom Tile.
• You will redirect to the App/Thidparty application
• Try to find some employee, or action in search field of SAP Successfactors header
• No data display.

It is expected behavior

The domain (where is app is at) that is configure in the custom tile is a different domain from our domain(where the client’s base domain is at).

We used server to server API with in the same domain to build the header but we do not build different domain with the client side APIs to do more search.

We only can redirect user back to company search page. And it has been this since the beginning of header APIs.
