2956411 - Some of the Employees are Missing in Resource Search

When you search for Employees in Resource Search, certain Employees are missing

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Resource Management work center

2. Select Resource search

3. Search for employee ABC

Using the resource search, the user can search for internal employees or service agents who are free to be assigned to work. From the result set, you can select a group of employees and launch the resource availability calendar.

Possible cause for the issue is that the Job ID of employees are in exclusion list in the advanced search which restrict the employee to be available in the search

Check the Advanced Search option in the Resource Search view and remove the exclude option to have all the Internal Employees and Service Agents to be in the search results
