2956431 - Incomplete Item Pod does not validate minimum value

Comment Box has been configured with minimum value of characters, however, once a single character is added, the incomplete item recognizes the field as complete, even if the minimum has not been met.

This is the system expected behavior. The minimum and maximum is a validation of the field itself, the incomplete item pod only validates if Information has been added to the field, but does not support the logic of minimum and maximum.
