• New hire as External user will get “Start Completing Your Profile” in home page to-do section.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

Before Day 1:

New hire as External user will get “Start Completing Your Profile” in home page to-do section.

Once New hire completes this to-do Tile will be moved under “Onboarding 2.0” section on Home page and tile name will changed to “My Profile”

After Day 1:

New hire will see “Finish your profile tile” on Home page To-do section (this is standard Bizx home page tile). Click on this tile will show data provided by new hire before day 1.

Day 1 on wards, new hire can click on this tile which takes him to Employee profile where he can add more data.
