Symptom
Information regarding system limitations on the number of items in business documents and the recommended number of line items in Bydesign documents is needed.

Reproducing the Issue
When creating documents such as Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices, Sales Orders, or Customer Invoices, the system may not function reliably (experiencing dumps or timeouts) if the number of items in the documents exceeds 100.
Additionally, Purchase Requests or Purchase Orders cannot be created from Sales Orders that contain more than 100 line items.
Cause
For optimal system performance and reliability, it is recommended to keep the number of line items in Customer Relationship Management and Supplier Relationship Management documents to 100 or less. Creating documents with more than 200 items is strongly discouraged as it can negatively impact system performance. By maintaining less than 100 line items, you can ensure better performance and smooth execution of follow-up processes.

Please download the SAP Business ByDesign Sizing Assessment Tool, and enter the number against the document you require in the Excel spreadsheet.
You will see the traffic button change accordingly and message appearing, where green indicates good to go and red indicates not recommended.
You may have to contact your Customer Engagement Executive or Account Executive for more details related to the limitation.
Please kindly cancel/delete all affected documents, and then create fresh documents with the number of items as accepted in the above link.
