Is there a way to mass import comments into performance forms?

It is not possible to mass import comments into performance form via the front-end or through Provisioning. Comments can be loaded via API, but the username and password of each user would be required in order to proceed. If customers choose to proceed with uploading comments via API, customers assume the risk of compromising the integrity of the performance process.

Users (Manager, Employee) should complete comments on their own when the performance form is in their inbox. This is the intended purpose of the performance process since performance reviews are considered documents of record and can be used in legal proceedings.

However, please note this functionality is not likely to be implemented because it compromises the integrity of the performance review process.
