Is there a way to mass import comments into performance forms?

By system design, it is not possible to mass import comments into performance forms via the front-end or through Provisioning.

Workarounds

• Users can enter their own comments while the performance form is in their inbox. This aligns with the intended design of the performance process since performance reviews are considered documents of record which may be used in legal proceedings. 
• Individual comments can be loaded via API using one of the secure methods described in SAP SuccessFactors API Reference Guide (OData V2) - Authentication. Customers who upload comments via API assume the risk of compromising the integrity of the performance process.
