2956879 - How to increase allocated memory in CloudFoundry

Symptom

  • Customer gets error message when trying to deploy App in Cloud Foundry:
    • ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 28] No space left on device
      An error occurred while staging the application: App staging failed in the buildpack compile phase
  • Customer gets error when trying to update the org-quota as Global Account admin:
    • Server error, status code: 403, error code: 10003, message: You are not authorized to perform the requested action
