2956892 - Employee Hire event is not visible in Intelligent Services Center (ISC) - Employee Central

Symptom

The "Employee Hire" event is not appearing in "All Event" of Intelligent Services Center page.
Instead the event "Employee Recruitment" is displayed.
When you change the language to US > "Employee Hire" becomes visible .
