• What is the Default Report Center View?  Reports tab or Labels tab?

By default it will always be the Reports view tab. The first time the user accesses Report Center, the Reports list will be shown. But if the user switches to Labels view tab, the next time the user logs in Report Center would remember it as Labels view.

The setting is on a per user basis and Report Center will track the user's view preference. There is no global setting for this. So when the user logs in again to the application, the view preference from the last session will be the default.
