Symptom
- The system was upgraded or updated to NW 7.50 SP18.
- The EJB Explorer application is not working. When accessing the alias /ejbexplorer, a “503 Service Unavailable” message is returned.
- The EJB Explorer is missing from the /startPage of the server.
- In the traces, the following error is logged:
Web application [ejbexplorer] cannot be started. The error is: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.exceptions.DisabledApplicationException: Application [sap.com/tc~ejbexplorer~ear] can not be started because its startup mode is defined as DISABLED in application-j2ee-engine.xml file.
