Symptom
- Customer raises an case for an issue in a part of the system involving a third party integration. E.g. Boomi; Outlook Integration; Assessment Vendors etc.
- All settings/configurations have been reviewed from a SuccessFactors side and support cannot determine any issues
- The customer/partner consults with the third party who confirms the issue lies on their side.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
Resolution
Once the issue has been identified as part of a third party software and not SuccessFactors, the support engineer may set the case to Resolved status.
